The Open Options CLP is a two-year contract between Adobe and its customer. It covers most of Adobe's products and is targeted at corporate, government, education and SMEs. Customers who have worldwide CLP contracts with the company can purchase CLP licenses in India in local currency. They will have access to Adobe licensing site where they will be able to see the number of licenses they have, their deployment in different subsidiaries and how effectively they can manage their software assets.

Commenting on the appointment of the partners, Adobe India Channel Account Manager Sandeep Mehrotra says, "In India we have a taken a two-tier approach for our licensing programs. Tech Pacific, our Adobe licensing center, will be offering all our licensing policies in India, whereas Softcell and Futuresoft have been appointed specially for offering contractual licensing program to our customers through Tech Pacific. This way we will ensure much more focused approach to cater to the customer who have potential of signing the CLP contracts with Adobe".
