range of satisfied customers. The company is known for its core business of
maintenance services across the country for the past 17 years. In more simple
words, the company has a time-honored image of being a customer's favorite
service provider.

However, in terms of value adds in providing services to the customers
belonging to the niche market segments, it has have created a separate business
unit, which offers solutions such as IT infrastructure management, network
audit/consultancy, enterprise wide security threat analysis, and implementation
of security solution, storage solution, migration services, managed printing
solution and software development.

Apart from this, it also has created and offering Open Source based free ware
OS/application implementation and support services under its own brand TOSS
(Team Open Source Solutions). Additionally, it quickly adopted its business

In terms of regular manpower skillset upgradation, Team has a clear strategy
for training and certification of the employees. It invested Rs 7 lakh in Q4
2004 for training and certification of employees. Seven training programs have
already been organized in the same period quarter along with three soft
skill programs. Of the total number of employees of 600, 447 are service
engineers and 40% of them are certified.

Solutions
offered by Team Computers include networking, LAN, WAN, open source, storage and
server deployment. It is associated with industry leaders like IBM, HP,
Sun, D-Link, Veritas, Cisco, 3-Com and Microsoft etc are already company's
partners.

The best project that Team Computers has implemented was with Indian
Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM). The nature of this project was to
create the entire IT infrastructure and establish the full-fledged networking
for IIPM. However, the size of the project was Rs 3 crore. A major part of the
project was done at New Delhi but it was spread across five other locations.
