BitPlus unveils CRM-based software

BitPlus launched its CRM-based product BitPlusCMS standard version 1.1.0 for
the business community, including individual, SME and corporates. The software
maintains business contacts. It can send personalized mass communication ways
using e-mail, print, fax and phone in a controlled manner to the target
audience. It can also view all communications done with a client for a date
range in any mode of communication.

Six types of communications can be sent message, repeat, re-send, updates,
follow-up and reminder and helps prevent sending duplicate communication.
BitPlusCMS is available in three different versions (Standard, Professional and
Enterprise) to cater to small and medium enterprise needs. It is user friendly,
maintainable and scalable.
