Channel development program of AMP-Netconnect

Tyco Electronics India has introduced a channel contest as a promotion
activity. They believe in the strength of their distributors and this is to
support them in their channel business.

The contest is for a period of three months May-July2000. The reseller
qualifies if a minimum of

Rs 25 lakh worth of

AMP-Netconnect range of structured cabling products is billed through any of
our distributors, in the above-mentioned quarter. Our distributors are Ramco
Systems, Compuage Electronics and

Tech-Pacific Technology India.

The incentive is, that the reseller’s sales person would qualify for the

AMP —Netconnect Annual Meet to be held at an exotic place for 4 days and 3
nights.
