Datacraft has come up with a unique training initiative which has cut down on
its overheads. The company has devised training modules for various technologies
which can be taken to the customer’s doorstep, instead of having customers
come to their training center.

Says Dilip Kumar, CEO, Datacraft India, "There is a huge investment
involved in setting up training centers all over the country. So now we simply
take our modules directly to the customer, wherever he may be."
Datacraft flies in qualified personnel from its Singapore office to the
customer’s base and then hires PCs for the period of the training. "This
has helped us offer competitive pricing to our customers, making our mobile
training concept a success." These training modules are targeted at
corporates.
Currently training constitutes 15 percent of the company’s services
revenues. The mobile training facility is available in India, Sri Lanka and
Nepal.
