Internet conferencing solutions from Planet

Planet Technology Corporation has released Internet video conferencing solutions - the ICF-1000S and the ICF-1000P.

These products do not require a PC, web camera, sound card, software settings or specialized data connections.

The ICF-1000S is an easy-to-use, integrated system, for homes, offices and conference rooms. It requires a TV, a high-speed Internet connection and simple set-up procedures through a remote control. Using this, the voice-and-video conferencing can be installed in a few minutes. Besides these, the ICF-1000P has a built-in 6.8" LCD monitor in a telephone-form format, for desktop use. 

Both devices have multiple video inputs, which can be used to connect to external cameras for group meetings. It also has a document camera for detailed documents or photographs. 

With Gatekeeper and MCU support, the ICF-1000P and the ICF-1000S, allows the user to conference with other H.323 compliant video-conferencing systems, VoIP gateway/phones and MS NetMeeting.
