McAfee showcases Security Solution 2009

Mumbai: McAfee launched three products-McAfee Total Protection, McAfee
Internet security and McAfee Virus Plus on Oct 15, 2008. Karthik, Head, McAfee
is optimistic about the response and success of the newly introduced security
solutions, and expects McAfee's market share to go uphill.

Considering consumer's requirements, the company has tailored the products
with Revolutionary Active Protection technology, which ensures fastest detection
of malware, claim the company officials.

Virus Scan 2009 provides a clear identification of the harmful sites. For
safeguarding the financial documents, McAfee Anti-Theft guarantees secure
transfer of files by means of a USB.

The company aims to offer more powerful protection to facilitate confident
online transactions. Prices of each of the three individual products may vary
but the entire product 'Total Protection 2009' can be purchased at Rs 3,200.
This is the first time McAfee has focused on extensive marketing of its product
in India.
