It was a year of introspection for Multiple Zones India. The company had forecasted a revenues of Rs 100 crore in 2002-02 but could only manage Rs 60 crore. This again is 6% lower than its previous year's Rs 63 crore revenue.

The company is not willing to share what went wrong, and at the same time is not setting any target for the current fiscal. 

But it is definitely planning to be on a growth path. The intention is to keep its feet planted on the ground and take things as they come.

During the year Multiple Zone concentrated on providing base solutions for data and voice networking requirements. It also played the role of providing specialized solutions to consumers in the back-up and storage segment. "We want to be a one-stop infrastructure enabler for the customers," says Manpreet Singh, CEO, Multiple Zones.

The company boasts of a trained sales force and a powerful automated software tool called “Shastra” that comes to their aid in dealing with the customers. The tool was jointly developed by Multiple Zones and Accenture.
