NACIT to develop healthy channels

At the NACIT committee meeting held in Mumbai on 12th January, the association has selected five objectives, that it will work towards. These goals include developing healthy channels, energizing entrepreneurship, community networking, helping build partnerships and building recognition for unbranded PC´s. The NACIT meeting was sponsored by Neoteric Informatique.

Representatives of various member associations were present for NACIT's first meeting. The members adopted the constitution of NACIT and formalized processes for the smooth functioning of the body.

NACIT will interface with vendors and distributors for better business policies and environment. It will also interact with the Central Government on policy issues and regularly disseminate information in this area.

"We will develop an ethical code of conduct for the channel and further their development through our annual national conference," informs Saurin Shah, President, NACIT. The association will also distribute weekly or monthly e-newsletters on topical issues of interest to the channel. This would include country intelligence reports, research findings and insights from industry captains.
