NetApp leads Ethernetattached storage segments

Network Appliance announced that it has established a lead in the emerging
iSCSI storage market for calendar year 2003. According to IDC’s Worldwide Disk
Storage Systems Quarterly Tracker, Network Appliance had the highest penetration
of the iSCSI disk storage system market, as measured by both marketshare in
factory revenue and the number of terabytes shipped.

Additionally, NetApp retained its leadership position in network-attached
storage (NAS) hardware for calendar year 2003 in both revenue and terabytes
shipped.
