NEW DELHI
JULY 10, 2006
Network Programs (India) has signed a deal with Chennai-based BPO Think Tank
Solutions for an Interactive Intelligence (ININ) dialer.
This is the first deal for Network Programs under value-added reseller (VAR)
partnership with Interactive Intelligence Inc., a US-based innovator of business
communications software solutions.
The VAR partnership with ININ was signed in 2005 and covers a range of
technologies in the call centre and Internet protocol (IP) telephony space,
adding to NPI's existing portfolio and third-party relationships.
Sameer Vatsa, NPI sales director, said, "The inclusion of the ININ
product line has broadened NPI's robust offering of contact centre solutions.
The efforts put in by our team have been commendable as we faced stiff
competition from domestic players. The size of this deal is 150 seats, which
will be implemented by the end of August 2006."
"We are optimistic to set up 2-3 more centres for Think Tank Solutions
with a capacity of 250-300 seats by the end of this fiscal," he added.
"Network Programs professionalism, brand value, and the excellent
understanding of the contact centre market impressed us a lot. In addition, the
NPI's diverse product portfolio in the contact centre space prompted us to go
with ININ and NPI," said Durai Muthukumarasamy, managing director, Think
Tank Services (Private) limited.
