ONTRACK SOLUTIONS: Consistent performer

Clocking revenue of Rs 65 crore for the fiscal 2005-06, Ontrack Solutions was
very much on track with the targets it set for itself. For Ontrack it was an
excellent growth of 38 percent, way above the previous year's growth of 13
percent. According to the company, the growth is bottomline was also better than
what it was earlier. This in spite of the fact that the company did not get any
major deals like it got in the previous year, where one of the large deals were
in the range of Rs 5 crore. This year the biggest deal was only worth Rs 2 crore.

Highlights Received several awards from IBM Achieving top rank certifications from Citrix Made inroads in to northern markets

Having established itself as a prominent player in west India, Ontrack
further expanded its reach in Gujarat by setting up a Local Point of Presence in
Surat. The main aim of this initiative is to have a focused approach to the
south Gujarat market. It also acquired many clients from the North especially
New Delhi during the year.

The company continued to be a major player in the areas of Citrix and Tivoli
and continues to enjoy almost the number one position in the country as one of
the best implementer. It also won awards from the principals on both these
areas.

According to company officials, the company will continue to focus on
services revenue and will also explore international opportunities. As far as
further expansion of its reach is concerned, it does not intend to do it in the
current fiscal. Instead, the company is looking at consolidating its current
operations.

Ontrack partnered with Citrix and VMWare at the prestigious event of the IBM
X3 Xeon Server launch held in Mumbai recently. A significant achievement came in
the form of awards from IBM in three product categories.

Achieving top rank certifications in industry continues to be an ongoing
process at Ontrack. Keeping in line with this trend following are the
certifications the company achieved last quarter: Citrix Certified Enterprise
Administrator, 803 Implementing MSA Storage Solutions, and Citrix Certified
Administrator for Metaframe XP Professional Server.
