Pinnacle Systems, Inc has announced the availability of Deko 1000HD - a
broadcast quality solution for high definition (HD) real-time graphics creation
and playback. Deko 1000HD is designed for a wide range of live-to-air
applications ranging from sports events to MOS-enabled newscasts.

Deko 1000HD provides a straightforward path for video professionals who need
to add HD production capabilities but do not require the advanced features of
Pinnacle's flagship Deko 3000HD system. It delivers in native 720p and 1080i
HD resolutions the full set of capabilities, internal clip playback, real-time
motions and effects found in the standard definition Deko 1000 model.

The solution also provides broadcasters with easy SD to HD transition,
cost-effective HD and sophisticated motion controls for eye-catching on-air
graphics and support for Deko options including the ClipDeko internal clip
player and DekoMOS.
