(Information Security Management System). This comprehensive specification
defines requirements for establishing, implementing, and documenting an

encompassing three quality standards --ISO 9001:2000, BS15000-1 (now ISO
20000-1:2005) and ISO 27001:2005.

leading international standards, testing and certification organization, which
recommended the same after it successfully concluded audit of Progressive's IT
Service Excellence Manual.

ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system to

ISO 27001:2005 is a widely recognized security standard for Information
Security Management and is an assurance that the confidentiality, integrity and
availability of vital corporate and customer information is maintained.

BS-15000-1:2005 is an industry standard for IT Service management derived for

maturity practices for maintenance, support and infrastructure services
