Progressive gets BS 15000 accreditation

Progressive Infotech, an independent provider of IT infrastructure services, has been awarded the BS 15000 — 1: 2002 certification, for its entire service delivery and support by STQC IT Certification Services. It is the first independent service provider company in the country and among the few in the world to have gained this accreditation, a coveted benchmark for IT Service Management (ITSM).

“This certification will result in enhanced credibility, confidence and trust amongst our customers and partners, in our ability to address their IT Infrastructure needs and management support while maintaining high standards of quality and cost effectiveness,” said Prateek Garg, MD and CEO, Progressive Infotech. The solution provider has also achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification for IT Infrastructure management services.

BS 15000 is a global certification that aims at ITSM and describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and the company's customers. During the audits, Progressive's systems and practices were assessed and approved by STQC team.
