Soft-Aid Computers launches new version Libsuite KM

Soft-Aid Computers’s new version of Libsuite KM software is web-enabled,
based on ASP and works with Oracle 8i/9i. The modules of Libsuite KM are
document repository, search engine, collaborative tool, tacit knowledge
mobilization, dynamic database interface.

Libsuite KM provides a facility to upload final and partial documents on a
server. It provides a facility to create a bibliographic record and maintain
effective control over the versions, editions etc. It also offers information to
users using pull and push techniques, eg. Simple search where you can search for
a specific word or phrase, hierarchal search helps in exploring data in a
ascending order.

Libsuite KM enables users to collaborate with each other at an enterprise
level for problem solving. It enables users to post questions on a web enabled,
platform and set-up discussion groups. It offers a web interface for adding
knowledge snippets, keywords, and abstract to the knowledge repository. There is
also a provision to recommend a document to a user and gives them rights to
evaluate the documents and rank them.
