Team Computers recorded revenue of Rs 44 crore, posting a negative growth of 12% in 2002-03. The dismal sales in the first three quarters were the primary reason for the company’s misfortune. The jubilant atmosphere that prevailed when the company beat the slowdown in 2001-02 with revenue of Rs 50 crore was missing this year. 

The company held on to its principle of providing quality solutions to customers, which helped it earn handsome revenues in the last JFM quarter. The firm also focussed on training its employees to help them interact with customers efficiently. 

"We want to be the best in the industry when it comes to solutions and since the last two years we have been constantly improving our skill sets to give the best to our customers," says Ranjan Chopra, CEO. The company predicts that it will touch a figure of Rs 65 crore in the current fiscal. It has 15 branches in the country and it plans to increase it by another five to achieve this targeted growth.
