One of the highlights for Team Computers in 2003-04 was the setting up of
Team Serve, its facilities management services arm. And in its first year
itself, this division contributed Rs 15 crore to the company's overall revenue
of Rs 70 crore.

Besides systems integration and services, Team Computers is also into
networking, which comprises 10% of its revenues. This business is expected to
grow a rate of 30% on a year-on-year basis. The company has over 600 customer
and claims to add 12 new customers every month.

It was towards this end, that Team worked on the Linux platform and developed
open source applications. Getting into open source was another strategic
decision, as the initial investment is free, and this starts paying for itself
once the customer deploys the applications and requires support.
