Last FY SIS started a subsidiary in Hongkong and within India SIS has total nine offices.

One of the major agenda of SIS seems to be adding more manpower to its organization and specially concentrating on the R&D, telecom, customer support, sales division. Sharing almost 53.87 percent from the West, SIS has entered into several tie ups with the OEM, product sourcing, manufacturing and new product development with companies based in India, China, Taiwan and South Korea.

Many new products like the video telephones, HD voice telephones were launched as well. Lucrative projects were bagged by SIS in last FY which included Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Government of India and Mumbai Port Trust. To makeits footprints stronger in the market, SIS plans to provide new solutions in the Indian market for IT products and also introduce new products and services for video and video over broadband in the Indian market. SIS plans to further expand its global operations during the next FY. SIS has several awards in its kitty including the New Era award for technology, innovation and quality and Infocom CMAI national telecom award 2010.

In order to expand its business further, SIS marketing strategy is to expand two tier marketing through dealers and distributors to reach the end client. Direct selling of tenders and sales and selling IT products and solutions is the other strategy. The highest contribution comes from the corporate sector contributing almost 70.70 percent from the overall revenue.
